We are looking for a motivated and skilled Cook/Chef Assistant to join our team at a healthy concept restaurant in Manama. The ideal candidate should be passionate about preparing fresh, healthy meals, including salads, sandwiches, and light dishes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assist in the cooking of healthy menu items (salads, sandwiches, bowls, etc.)
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards
• Support in daily kitchen operations and food preparation
• Handle front desk duties, including:
• Customer service and order taking
• POS system operations
• Managing delivery apps and online orders
• Contribute creative ideas and help introduce new healthy recipes to the menu

Requirements:

• Experience in preparing healthy food and light meals
• Knowledge of basic kitchen operations and hygiene standards
• Prior experience in customer service / front desk operations (POS, delivery platforms, etc.)
• Creativity and passion for healthy eating
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and attention to detail
