We’re seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee operations at our customized wooden furniture manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end factory operations, from raw materials to final delivery.
Supervise carpentry, finishing, CNC, and assembly teams.
Maintain quality standards for bespoke/custom furniture pieces.
Plan and execute production schedules based on client timelines.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of woodworking machinery and tools.
Implement safety protocols and drive efficiency improvements.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth workflow.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience managing wooden furniture production (custom/bespoke preferred).

Strong understanding of joinery, finishing, and materials.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Knowledge of production tracking and inventory systems.
