Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare variety of viennoiserie items including croissants, pain au chocolat, danishes, and other laminated doughs.
Ensure consistency in texture, flavor, and presentation.
Innovate and develop new viennoiserie recipes aligned with Euro Bakes’ quality standards.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
Collaborate closely with the bakery team to meet daily production and quality goals.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a pastry baker or pastry chef
Strong technical skills in lamination and dough handling.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for precision, creativity, and excellence in pastry craftsmanship.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
