Description
We are seeking a dedicated Food Safety & Hygiene Officer to ensure compliance with the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and quality within our pastry production facility.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor food safety and hygiene standards in line with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular inspections, audits, and staff training on hygiene practices.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of raw materials and finished products.
Maintain detailed records and prepare reports for compliance purposes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
Knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, and local food safety regulations.
Experience in food manufacturing or bakery/pastry production preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
