Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager with a strong background in API equipment manufacturing and quality systems. The ideal candidate will be a Mechanical Engineer with a proven track record in managing API audits, implementing quality procedures, and ensuring compliance with international standards.

Key Requirements:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)

- Minimum 10 years of experience in API equipment manufacturing

- ASME / CSWIP certification is an added advantage

- Proven experience in drafting and implementing API quality procedures

- Demonstrated success in leading and passing API quality audits

- Strong expertise in writing manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and closing NCRs

- In-depth knowledge of API standards such as: API 7-1, 5CT, 16A, 16C, 4F, 14A/B/L and ASME codes and standards

- Certified Auditor for ISO 9001 and API Spec Q1 (10th Edition)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with API and ISO standards

- Lead internal and external quality audits, including API and ISO certifications

- Draft, review, and control quality procedures, work instructions, and related documentation

- Manage NCRs and ensure timely root cause analysis and closure

- Provide guidance and training to the team on quality standards and best practices

- Coordinate with production, engineering, and inspection teams to ensure product quality at all stages

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to quality assurance

- Experience working in Oil & Gas or similar heavy engineering sectors
