Description

We are looking for two dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinators to join our growing team.

Role Overview
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll be the frontline of our client communication—ensuring smooth operations, accurate documentation, and timely issue resolution across logistics and service workflows.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• Certifications in customer service or CRM tools (a plus)

Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Maintain audit-compliant communication and documentation
• Track shipments and support logistics workflows
• Update logs, records, and SOPs with precision
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Prepare Excel reports using formulas, Lookup functions, Pivot Tables, and charts

Skills & Competencies
• Clear and diplomatic communication
• Strong problem-solving and escalation judgment
• Multichannel multitasking ability
• Familiarity with logistics and sales terminology
• Excel mastery is a must

Soft Skills
• Empathetic and patient team player
• High sense of accountability and urgency
• Proactive and process-oriented mindset

Experience
• 2–3 years in customer service, preferably in logistics, manufacturing, or B2B sectors
• Exposure to audit-ready documentation and compliance protocols
