Your Mission:
As Sales Manager, you’ll lead regional sales operations, develop channel strategies, and coach a high-performing team to exceed targets. You’ll be the bridge between market intelligence and execution, ensuring our products reach the right shelves at the right time—with impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies across retail, wholesale, and B2B channels
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine tactics
• Collaborate with marketing and supply chain to ensure product availability and promotional success
• Expand distribution networks and onboard new clients

Qualification

• 5+ years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in non-food categories
• Proven leadership in managing teams and scaling regional sales
• Strong analytical skills and commercial strategy
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Passion for results, team development, and market innovation
