We are a well-established and reputed translation company providing certified translation and business consultancy services across Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and the GCC. To strengthen our growing team, we are looking for a Pakistani male candidate to join us.

Office Assistant/Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in translation, documentation, and office correspondence.
Support daily operations including filing, coordination, and client handling.
Manage administrative tasks and liaise with clients for translation requests.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery of assignments.

Requirements:

Must be Pakistani male.
Good command of English and Arabic (intermediate acceptable too)
Previous experience in translation / office administration / receptionist is an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
