We are looking for a motivated and professional Property Advisor to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties while providing excellent customer service and expert market advice.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and market properties through various channels to attract potential clients.
Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties according to their needs.
Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information about the listings.
Negotiate offers and finalize agreements between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Stay updated on current market trends, property laws, and RERA regulations.
Bulid and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
Meet and exceed monthly sales or leasing targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing.
Strong knowledge of the Bahrain real estate market and RERA procedures.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Valid Bahrain driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
RERA license is an advantage.
