Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Finance Professional to oversee and manage the financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising accounting activities, preparing budgets, analysing performance, and ensuring accurate financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyse and manage accounts and daily financial operations.
- Prepare and analyse monthly reports as requested by the Group Finance Manager.
- Handle cash flow budgeting, planning, and monitoring.
- Prepare manufacturer-wise and division-wise budget reporting.
- Generate Monthly MIS reports including segment reporting.
- Support management in financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Provide insights to improve operational efficiency and financial performance

Qualification

- ACCA with 5-6 years of experience, or CA-Inter / CMA with 10 years of experience
- Proven experience in the Retail industry or in sectors involving back-end rebates is highly preferred. - Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in financial systems and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex business models
