About the Role

Rayhan Residences is looking for a skilled and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure that our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in leading cleaning teams with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across all assigned areas.
• Ensure all rooms, public spaces, and facilities meet cleanliness standards.
• Assign daily cleaning duties and inspect completed work.
• Train new employees on cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and request supplies as needed.
• Identify maintenance issues and report them promptly.
• Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene regulations.
• Communicate effectively with management and report daily progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Knowledge of cleaning tools, equipment, and materials.
• Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
