Job Summary:

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages, while providing excellent customer service. They maintain the cleanliness of the caf? area and ensure a welcoming experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and other beverages according to caf? standards.

Greet customers, take orders, and answer questions about the menu.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including coffee machines and counters.

Handle and restock supplies such as milk, syrups, cups, and pastries.

Ensure proper food safety and hygiene procedures are followed.

Work efficiently during busy hours and maintain high-quality service.

Support teammates and assist in other caf? tasks as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience as a barista preferred (training can be provided).

Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso machines.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
