Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA A+ / Network+) are a plus

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Administrator, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Administrator to manage, maintain, and improve the company’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure all systems, networks, and data remain secure, efficient, and reliable — supporting smooth operations across production and office departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, hardware, and software systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, and system performance.
Manage and secure data backup, recovery systems, and antivirus protection.
Maintain and support ERP systems, coordinating with vendors for updates or troubleshooting.
Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Provide technical support to office and production staff for hardware/software issues.
Oversee and maintain CCTV, printers, attendance systems, and IP phones.
Ensure cybersecurity policies are followed and systems are kept up to date.
Maintain inventory of IT assets and prepare reports on IT infrastructure status.
Liaise with management to plan IT budgets, upgrades, and system improvements.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration and Active Directory

Experience with networking (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs)

Familiarity with ERP systems used in manufacturing environments

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Good communication and teamwork skills

Strong focus on data security and system integrity
