Description

We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant Cum Assistant Accountant to join our vibrant team. If you are detail-oriented, responsible, and ready to support the heart of our office operations, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily administrative operations including filing, documentation, and correspondence
• Handle basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, payment follow-ups, and voucher preparation
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and reports
• Manage office supplies, scheduling, and coordination with internal teams
• Participate in communication with clients, vendors, and service providers
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company documents

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and ERP/accounting software
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Experience in a similar role is an added advantage
