Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the integrated Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management systems to ensure full compliance with Bahraini regulations, international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 45001, 14001), and company policy.

Essential Requirements
Certification: Mandatory NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent.

Location: Must currently reside in Bahrain. Local transfer highly preferred.

Key Duties
HSE Management: Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and implement control measures to prevent accidents and ensure safety.

Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local Bahraini laws and international standards.

Auditing & Quality: Manage and conduct internal/external audits (ISO standards) and address non-conformities (QMS).

Incident Management: Lead all accident/incident investigations and implement corrective actions.

Training: Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and mandatory QHSE training?programs.
