We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Land Surveyor to join our project team for the implementation and completion of irrigation and landscaping works at Rania and Turba (Makkah).

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 8 years of professional experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Proven experience in irrigation and landscaping projects, including site layout, laying HDPE Pipes, grading, and setting out of utilities and landscape elements.

Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of surveying instruments such as Total Station and GPS.

Ability to prepare accurate as-built drawings, survey reports, and coordinate data with engineering and construction teams.

Must have a valid transferable Iqama and be available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform topographical and layout surveys for irrigation and landscape work.

Establish and verify benchmarks, levels, and coordinates for all site activities.

Ensure survey accuracy and compliance with design drawings and specifications.

Work closely with engineers and site teams for alignment, grading, and level control.

Maintain proper records of survey data, site levels, and implemented work.

Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of all surveying tasks.
