Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As the ERP Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in requirement gathering, process documentation, and communication with the business user community as well as the vendor. You will ensure user requirements are implemented and tested as per the requirements. You will also plan and execute User Acceptance Tests ensuring the users are well trained and, in a position, to conduct the required tests.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct internal business process reviews to find and document similarities and variations in all operational business processes across all HHG divisions.
• Conduct Gap and variations Analysis between HHG's existing business processes and their corresponding ERP processes.
• Make recommendations to streamline and unify HHG's business processes to eliminate/reduce the ERP customization requirements without impacting the effectiveness and efficiencies of business operations.
• Act as the owner of HHG business processes during the ERP implementation project and after its completion. This entails representing HHG in all ERP implementation engagements with the vendor, critically scrutinizing all requested changes to the ERP process flows and application elements to detect and recommend the must-have changes.
• Executing the Change Management Process during and after the ERP implementation project.
• Actively participating in Change Control Board Meetings.
• Providing justification for approval or rejection of process deviations and ERP change requests.
• Creating and administering an ERP Change Management procedure that should ensure that common business processes across divisions remain streamlined with minimal deviations on an on-going basis without negatively impacting business operations.
• Creating system change requests (Business Requirement Documents) and liaising with the ERP Vendor or IT for implementation.
• Conducting and coordinating User Acceptance Testing of all requested system changes and signing off on system correctness before and after change deployment and Go Live.
•Apply all above tasks to all kinds of system development activities.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience in designing and documenting business operations processes including production and quality control processes, procurement processes, inventory management, sales and CRM, maintenance management, etc.
- Familiarity with the different manufacturing methods (Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order, Engineer-to-Order)
- Prior experience in using a top-class ERP to manage business operations like Oracle, SAP, EPICOR.
- Familiarity with EPICOR Kinetic Cloud is a plus
