Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive with experience in the logistics or cargo industry.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in Urdu, Hindi, and English, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for shipment updates.
Prepare and track delivery documentation.
Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Resolve shipment or delivery issues efficiently.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, freight, or cargo handling.
Strong communication skills in Urdu, Hindi, and English (spoken and written).
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, and email handling).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
