Description

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of a shawarma and multi-cuisine eatery. The candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food quality and hygiene standards, maintaining customer satisfaction, controlling inventory, and achieving sales targets. The manager will also handle supplier coordination, scheduling, cost control, and maintain a clean, efficient working environment. Strong leadership, communication skills, and experience in fast-paced F&B operations are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise food preparation and maintain quality standards
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Enforce food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness guidelines
• Track daily sales and control operational costs
• Support promotional and marketing activities

Requirements:

• Previous experience in restaurant or fast-food management (preferably shawarma/Arabic cuisine)
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of HACCP/hygiene standards
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
