We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to assist our restaurant operations with technical support and system maintanace. Package 3000 SAR.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers and systems.

Support and manage POS systems and related software.

Perform basic networking setup and troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches).

Manage and maintain surveillance systems (CCTV).

Handle setup and maintenance of IT peripherals (printers, scanners, tablets, etc.).

Configure and support VOIP systems and VPN connections.

Provide user support for Microsoft Outlook and Office 365.

Ensure all IT equipment is functioning smoothly to support restaurant operations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in IT support or technical assistance.

Strong knowledge of POS systems, networking, and server configuration.

Familiarity with restaurant technology environments is a plus.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Must be available for a 2-month contract only.
