Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in all accounting and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing monthly financial statements.

Handle inventory control and reordering processes.

Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports.

Coordinate with external auditors for the issuance of yearly audited financial statements.

Prepare and process supplier payments.

Perform other administrative and accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Fast learner with attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Fluent in English (written and spoken) — required.
