Location: Saudi Arabia (Dammam / Eastern Province)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee procurement, vendor management, logistics, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution.
• Manage supplier performance, negotiating contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality and timely delivery.
• Monitor and optimise inventory levels, forecasting demand, and ensuring supply continuity.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to track performance of the supply chain, report to senior leadership.
• Lead and mentor the supply chain team, drive process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and industry best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (sales, operations, finance, logistics) to drive seamless supply chain execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or similar. A master’s or professional certification (CSCP, CIPS etc) is a plus.
• Minimum 7-10 years of solid experience in supply chain / logistics / procurement roles, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven track record negotiating with suppliers, managing complexity, driving cost savings, and delivering operational excellence.
• Strong analytical skills, experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar), and ability to use data for decision making.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of the Saudi market and local supply-chain dynamics is preferred.
