Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to management and project teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage correspondence, emails, documentation, and office filing systems.
• Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required.
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and internal communication.
• Support HR and procurement teams with documentation, data entry, and follow-ups.
• Assist in maintaining project records, submittals, log sheets, and company documents.
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and inquiries, maintaining a professional company image.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of administrative/secretarial experience in the GCC, preferably in a construction company.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Filipino nationality preferred; female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
