We are looking for a smart, friendly, and professional Receptionist to join our team at our Immigration Consultancy.
Responsibilities:
• Welcoming clients and handling front-desk inquiries
• Managing calls, messages, and appointments
• Assisting with documentation and client coordination
• Maintaining an organized and professional reception area
Requirements:
• Good communication skills
• Presentable and well-mannered
• Must know MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Experience preferred but not mandatory
