Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager based in the Riyadh Region. The Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and analysis. Responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, developing strategies to enhance financial efficiency, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing accounts payable/receivable, and providing financial insights that drive decision-making. Coordination with various departments and stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and financial management is also a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Analysis
Proficiency in Accounting, Reporting, and Compliance standards
Ability to oversee and manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Transactions
Experienced in Strategic Planning and Financial Risk Management
Proficiency in financial software, tools, and advanced Excel skills
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; an advanced degree or CPA certification is preferred
Prior experience in the construction or infrastructure sector is highly advantageous
Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian financial and regulatory standards

Experience

Highway / Road Construction project: 7-15 years (Preferred).
