• Manage payroll, staff reimbursements, and ensure all financial transactions are properly documented.
• Ensure compliance with Bahrain accounting standards, VAT regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing processes, reconciliations, and audit preparations.

• Provide detailed cost and margin analysis, including menu engineering and dish profitability reports.
• Strengthen internal controls for cash handling, petty cash, inventory, and procurement processes.
• Review vendor contracts, pricing updates, and credit terms to ensure financial advantage for the business.
• Maintain vendor ledgers and reconcile balances monthly.
• Prepare and file VAT returns and ensure complete documentation for regulatory audits.

• Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and management teams to improve financial accuracy and reduce operational inefficiencies.

• Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP systems) and advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
