Job Summary:

The Bell Boy (with Driving License) is responsible for assisting guests with luggage handling, transportation support, and ensuring smooth guest arrivals and departures. The role includes driving company vehicles when required, delivering exceptional hospitality, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in the lobby area.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage loading and unloading.

Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities, services, and room features.

Safely drive hotel vehicles for guest transportation, pick-ups, and drop-offs when assigned.

Deliver messages, parcels, and amenities to guest rooms promptly.

Maintain cleanliness of lobby, entrance area, and hotel vehicles.

Handle guest requests professionally and coordinate with concierge/Front Office for service needs.

Assist with valet parking (if applicable).

Ensure proper tagging, storage, and handling of guest luggage.

Follow all hotel safety procedures and traffic regulations while driving.

Provide exceptional guest service and uphold hotel service standards at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

Valid driving license (manual/automatic as required).

Previous hotel or customer-service experience preferred.

Good communication skills and guest-friendly attitude.

Physically fit to lift and carry luggage.

Knowledge of local routes and traffic rules.

Well-groomed, polite, and professional behavior.
