Description

Our company is restructuring and we are accepting applications today for those who want to be part of our team in the upcoming year.
Training and guidance (minimum supervision) will be provided in the first month as we prepare for the new year.

What will be your duties & functions:
Ensure smooth daily office operations.
Manage schedules, meetings, and team calendars.
Handle calls, emails, and general office communication.
Maintain office supplies and keep the workspace organized.
Keep physical and digital files properly arranged and accessible.
Assist in preparing memos and company communications.
Coordinate internal communication needs.
Help in organizing company events and team meetings.
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.

What will be your authorities:
Prioritize and arrange meetings or appointments when necessary.
Decide on the best system for organizing files.
Set up meetings based on team requirements.
Address visitor inquiries or minor concerns independently.
Manage scheduling and communications according to office priorities.
