About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and discreet Executive Assistant / Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to our General Manager. This pivotal role requires an individual who can manage complex schedules, prioritize tasks independently, and act as a reliable gatekeeper and professional extension of the GM's office. Key Responsibilities
Executive Support: Manage and maintain the General Manager's demanding calendar, including scheduling, prioritizing, and coordinating meetings, appointments, and conferences.

Travel Management: Arrange and manage complex domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries, ensuring all details are meticulously planned.

Communication Gateway: Act as the primary point of contact, screening and directing phone calls, correspondence, and emails to the GM, exercising excellent judgment and discretion.

Meeting Preparation: Prepare detailed agendas, create presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides), compile briefing materials, and attend meetings to take minutes and track action items.

Office Administration: Process expense reports, manage invoices, handle procurement of office supplies, and maintain highly confidential files and records.

Project Assistance: Assist the GM with special projects, research, and data compilation as needed.

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of [3-5] years of proven experience providing direct administrative support to a C-level executive, General Manager, or Director.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent G Suite tools.

Discretion: Unwavering commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with integrity.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Arabic is an advantage

Preferred Skills
A degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
