Key Responsibilities:

Source and purchase ship chandling supplies and materials
Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers
Manage vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance
Ensure timely procurement to meet operational requirements
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill procurement needs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
Proven experience in procurement, preferably in maritime or ship chandling industry
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software
