Description
We are looking for a well-rounded Project Coordinator who can support multiple aspects of project operations — including coordination, basic procurement follow-ups, administration, and light accounting tasks. The ideal candidate is not required to be highly specialized, but should be organized, proactive, and capable of managing a variety of responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities
Prepare and update project schedules, progress reports, and documentation
Coordinate between site teams, consultants, and subcontractors
Track materials, procurement status, and project deliverables
Handle basic procurement, administrative, and accounting-related tasks
Maintain organized records and ensure smooth communication across departments
Requirements:
Local hiring only – must already be in Bahrain
Engineering background (any discipline) is preferred
4–6 years of project coordination or related experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good written and verbal communication
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required; knowledge of MS Project is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
