Network Administrator

• Network engineer with more than 2 years of experience in Cisco products,
Firewalls products.
• Maintain and support Cisco platform, Palo Alto Firewall, packet shaper.
• Managing and maintaining the organization's network infrastructure
• Support all network devices
• Implementing and overseeing network security measures.
• Planning for network scalability and performance optimization.
• VoIP and IP Telephony support
• New project analysis and IT bill of quantity preparation.
• Collaborating with vendors for telephony solutions.
• Maintaining documentation of Network configurations, procedures, and best practices.
• Generating and maintaining KPI Reports for Network infrastructure and maintain100% availability.

Skills & Qualifications

• Cisco Certified
• Another network professional certification.
• VoIP Cisco switches configuration and operation tasks skills
• Should effectively communicate, both written and verbal in English languages
• at least 3 years of experience as Network Admin on Cisco platform and Securities (Firewall, ACL, etc.)
• The company/bidder has resources with Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification available as a second-line escalation point if required
• Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently in networking, Wifi environment, VoIP. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to identify the root
• The company/bidder has resources with Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification available as a second-line escalation point if required
• Network Professional Certification on Cisco, or related network/Securities Certification
• Bachelor or Diploma degree in IT, Computer science, engineering, or related
