A leading FMCG company in Manama, Bahrain is seeking an experienced professional to supervise and lead sales operations within the designated territory.

The role involves managing and mentoring a team of sales representatives, overseeing van sales and distribution, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, ensuring proper merchandising and stock availability, and maintaining compliance with operational policies and standards.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a van sales or FMCG environment, strong leadership and coaching skills, proficiency in English and spoken Arabic, and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

A valid driving license is required.
