Experience Required: 8–12 years

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee full financial operations of the company.
• Prepare financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and MIS reports.
• Manage project budgeting, cost control, and payment cycles.
• Coordinate with banks on guarantees, facilities, and financial compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Bahrain VAT, taxation, and regulatory frameworks.
• Support management with financial planning and strategic decisions.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• CPA / CMA / ACCA certification preferred.
• Strong background in construction industry finance.
• Expertise in ERP / accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
