The candidate must be responsible for managing and processing customer reservations for various services, such as hotels, airlines, and event planning. Their key responsibilities include:
Administering Reservations:
They handle all reservation requests, ensuring smooth booking processes.
Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of reservations and client interactions is crucial for operational efficiency.
Providing Support: They assist customers with inquiries and provide information about services, rates, and policies.
Customer Interaction: As the first point of contact, they shape the customer's initial impression and satisfaction.
Receiving Guest from Airport: As a first point of contact, the candidate must receive the guest from the airport and drop at the hotel.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of scheduling systems and humble.
Candidates from hotel industry are preferred.
