Description
Addoha Poultry is a leading and rapidly growing company in the poultry sector, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our Sales team and manage major clients across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with key clients to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue, product penetration, and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and follow-ups to understand customer needs and market trends.
Coordinate with internal departments (Supply Chain, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and service quality.
Monitor account performance, pricing, promotions, and contracts.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Track market dynamics and competitor activities to support informed decision-making.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in FMCG, food industry, or wholesale distribution.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive account growth.
Excellent planning, reporting, and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
SAP sales module experience is a plus.
Valid driving license.
