• Strong experience in GDS systems including Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus (any additional GDS is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with airline portals, fare searches, PNR handling, refunds, reissues, and exchange
• Ability to issue, rebook, cancel, and modify tickets
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Experience in holiday packages, hotel bookings, and travel portals is an advantage
Responsibilities:
• Handling daily ticketing operations (Issue / Reissue / Void / Refund)
• Managing flight bookings across multiple GDS systems
• Providing accurate fare quotations and itinerary options
• Coordinating with airlines, clients, and travel partners
• Ensuring smooth customer service and quick turnaround time
Preferred Candidate:
• Minimum 1–2 years of travel industry experience
• Must be confident using Sabre, Galileo, and other GDS platforms
