Description
We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of handling all HR-related tasks with accuracy and professionalism. Qualifications include proven experience in HR or administrative roles (preferred) strong communication and organizational skills, and a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (an added advantage).
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform all HR-related tasks, including employee records management, attendance tracking, recruitment support, and documentation.
• Maintain and update HR databases and employee information.
• Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel (well-versed in formulas, formatting, and data organization).
• Assist in on boarding processes.
• Support payroll preparation and leave management.
• Coordinate with staff and management for HR matters.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and confidentiality standards.
