Job Summary

A multi-skilled AC Technician responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, along with basic-level electrical and plumbing troubleshooting. The role supports daily operations in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities, ensuring all mechanical and electrical systems run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
HVAC / AC Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair split AC units, window ACs, ducted units, and package units.

Perform troubleshooting on cooling issues, gas leakage, compressor faults, fan motor failures, PCB problems, thermostat issues, and electrical components of AC systems.

Carry out AC servicing, filter cleaning, coil washing, and periodic maintenance (PPM).

Perform refrigerant charging, vacuuming, leak testing, brazing, and basic ductwork repairs.

Electrical Responsibilities

Conduct minor electrical troubleshooting such as replacing breakers, MCBs, contactors, relays, switches, and sockets.

Diagnose electrical faults in AC units and ensure safe wiring practices.

Support electrical team in low-voltage and basic power distribution tasks where required.

Plumbing Responsibilities

Handle minor plumbing jobs: repairing leaks, replacing faucets, clearing blockages, and fixing pipe joints.

Assist in installation or maintenance of drainage and water supply lines related to AC condensate systems.

Ensure proper alignment and sealing of AC drainage connections.

Additional Duties

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Complete daily work orders, PPM checklists, and job reports.

Follow safety procedures and use the proper PPE at all times.

Work independently or support other technicians when needed.

Respond to emergency breakdown calls and ensure timely repair.

Requirements

3–7 years experience as an AC Technician, preferably in FM or construction.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and refrigerant handling.

Basic electrical and plumbing skills (multi-technician level).

Understanding of safety protocols and permit-to-work systems.

Physically fit with the ability to work in indoor/outdoor environments.

Basic communication skills in English or Hindi.

Preferred

Technical diploma/ITI in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or Electrical.

Experience working in high-rise buildings, malls, or FM companies.

Valid Bahrain driving license (added advantage).
