On behalf of the management of Combi Supermarket (Hoora Branch), seeking a full-time Supermarket Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our store team.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day supermarket operations
Supervise staff, duty rosters, and performance
Ensure excellent customer service standards
Monitor stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
Handle suppliers, deliveries, and pricing
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Manage cash handling, sales reports, and basic accounts
Resolve customer complaints professionally

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a supermarket manager
Experience in Bahrain
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good knowledge of inventory, Rist POS systems, and daily reporting
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Good communication skills in English & Arabic
Transferable visa preferred (or eligible)
