Description
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will help ensure the office runs smoothly by handling clerical tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Greet visitors and provide general assistance
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
Prepare documents, reports, and basic correspondence
Order and manage office supplies
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Assist with basic bookkeeping or invoicing, if required
Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree a plus)
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to multitask and work independently
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
