Description
We're seeking an organized Office Administrator to manage daily operations and support finance functions. Must have strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and MS Excel proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative:
• Manage office operations, supplies, and workspace organization
• Handle correspondence, scheduling, and vendor coordination
• Maintain attendance records and support HR with onboarding
• Ensure timely renewal of utilities, licenses, and subscriptions
Finance & Accounts:
• Maintain accounting entries, AP/AR, and process invoices
• Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash
• Assist with monthly/annual closings and GST/TDS filings
• Generate financial reports and support audits
Requirements:
• B.Com degree of equivalent (mandatory)
• 2–3 years experience in office administration and accounts
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Focus, etc.)
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask independently
