Description

We are looking for a skilled and certified Executive Chef to lead our main kitchen and oversee future branches.
The candidate must have strong hands-on cooking abilities and be able to prepare:

Breakfast dishes

Lunch & dinner items

Grills & BBQ

Healthy meals

Fast food & sandwiches
Experience & Qualifications
• Experience is an advantage, but strong culinary certificates or professional training can compensate for fewer years of experience.
• Must have strong hands-on skills across all menu categories.
• Ability to lead teams and support multiple branches.
• Creativity, organization, and commitment to quality.
Preferred Certifications (Realistic & Common):
Candidates with any of the following certifications will be given preference:
• Diploma in Culinary Arts
• Certificate in Food Production
• Hotel Management Diploma
• Professional Cookery Certificate (IHM / IIHM / similar institutes)
• HACCP or Food Safety Level 2/3
• Specialized courses in grills, breakfast, fast food, or healthy meals

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate the main kitchen.
• Supervise and support additional branches as they open.
• Develop standardized recipes and SOPs for all branches.
• Train and lead kitchen staff.
• Maintain food quality, safety, and hygiene.
• Control inventory, purchasing, and food cost.
