Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Operations Specialist with a strong background in invoicing to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily logistics activities, manage invoicing processes, and maintain accurate documentation to support efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Prepare, review, and process invoices related to shipments, vendor payments, and customer billing.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and related documentation.
Resolve any discrepancies in invoicing or logistics operations promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve logistics and invoicing processes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in logistics operations and invoicing/billing.
Strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
