Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional female Hostess/Cashier Assistant to join our dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome and guide guests to their tables.
Take orders in-person and over the phone with accuracy.
Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely order delivery.
Follow up with customers to address needs and ensure satisfaction.
Collect feedback to enhance guest experience.
Handle cashier duties efficiently.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
Prior experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is a plus.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
