Description
Social Media Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy, with a primary focus on the frequent, hands-on production of high-quality, trend-based visual content to drive rapid follower growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
In addition to core account management duties, this role emphasizes regular content creation:
• Frequent Content Production: Capture high-quality photos and videos every 1-2 days, focusing on trending content for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok, with the explicit goal of growing the follower base and reach.
• Event Coverage: Provide dynamic photo and video coverage during special events, parties, and catering services to highlight the brand's services and atmosphere in real-time.
• Technical Media Handling: Operate and manage professional camera equipment (DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, lighting, audio gear, phone camera) to ensure all visuals are of a professional standard.
• Video & Photo Editing: Edit and finalize all visual content using industry-standard software like Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop to create polished, shareable assets.
• Strategy & Analytics: Develop and implement strategies to increase reach and followers, analyze performance metrics, and adjust content plans based on data-driven insights.
• Community Management: Engage actively with the online community to foster positive relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
• Familiar with SEO optimization tool.

* Proven experience in video production (shooting, lighting, audio) using professional camera equipment.
* Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent (e.g., Final Cut Pro).
* Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or equivalent (e.g., Lightroom, Canva Pro).
* Demonstrated ability to create trend-based, short-form video content (Reels, TikToks).
* Deep understanding of social media algorithms and content best practices for follower acquisition.
* Web design and knowledge of using web templates (Add, Edit and so on) .
Soft Skills
* Strong creative vision and storytelling ability.
* Excellent organizational skills, communication, and time management to meet frequent content deadlines.
* A results-driven mindset with a focus on metrics like follower count and engagement rate.
* Flexibility to work during evening or weekend events as needed.
Education/Experience
* A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a related field.
* A strong portfolio demonstrating video production, editing, and design skills is essential.
