We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations.

The ideal candidate will assist chefs with food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and follow hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks.

Wash, peel, cut, and prepare ingredients as required.

Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and work areas.

Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.

Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and health standards.

Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen supplies.

Dispose of waste properly and keep work areas clean.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant or similar role is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Team-oriented with a positive and responsible attitude.

Physically fit and flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
