Description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Helper to support daily office operations.
The ideal candidate will assist staff with basic office tasks and help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and document handling.
Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, and common areas.
Serve tea/coffee and refreshments to staff and visitors when required.
Assist in organizing office supplies and inventory.
Support staff with errands and basic administrative tasks.
Ensure office equipment and furniture are clean and properly arranged.
Follow company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude.
Ability to follow instructions and manage time efficiently.
Physically fit and willing to perform daily office support tasks.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
