Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Staff to manage and control restaurant stock.
The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory records and smooth supply operations.
Responsibilities:
Receive, check, and record incoming restaurant supplies
Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and kitchen items
Maintain accurate inventory records and reports
Coordinate with kitchen and purchasing teams
Ensure proper storage and rotation of stock (FIFO)
Report shortages, damages, or expired items
Assist in stock audits and monthly inventory checks
Requirements:
Previous experience in restaurant inventory or storekeeping preferred
Basic computer and record-keeping skills
Knowledge of food safety and storage standards
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure
