Key Responsibilities

Perform land, topographic, and construction surveys

Carry out setting-out for buildings, villas, roads, and infrastructure works

Operate survey instruments such as Total Station, Auto Level, GPS

Check and verify levels, alignments, and dimensions during construction

Prepare and maintain survey records, reports, and drawings

Coordinate with site engineers, project engineers, and consultants

Ensure surveying work complies with project specifications and safety standards

Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Land Surveying or Civil Engineering

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in construction

Proficient in Total Station, GPS, Auto Level

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage

Good communication skills in English

Preferred Candidate Profile

GCC experience preferred but not mandatory

Indian nationality acceptable

Able to work independently on site

Physically fit for outdoor and site work
